We host several group activities throughout the week. They’re a great way to stay motivated and meet other like-minded athletes. All paces and abilities are welcome.
Saturday 8am: Pancake Breakdast Run. Go as long as you like with a supportive community, and we’ll have hot pancakes for you when you get back.
Monday 10am: Walk group. 3-6 miles.
Wednesday 6-7pm: Run/Walk group
